During my stay at Doubletree By Hilton Mexico City Santa Fe, I found the location to be superb and the amenities generally pleasing. However, I faced several service-related issues, particularly during breakfast and check-out. Overall, while the facilities and cleanliness were commendable, the staff interactions left something to be desired.

My room was comfortable and clean, but it was uncomfortably cold upon arrival due to the air conditioning being set too low. I also noticed a loud creaking sound in the bathroom during the night.
Service

I encountered quite a few staff-related challenges. During breakfast, the lack of clean tables and delayed coffee service was frustrating. Moreover, I felt somewhat pressured during check-out by the bell staff.

The hotel's location in Santa Fe is excellent, making it convenient for business meetings and nearby restaurants. It's really in the heart of the business district, which I appreciated.
Dining

The breakfast buffet could benefit from more variety, especially for special dietary needs. Service, unfortunately, fell short during my meal due to delays in table cleaning and attention.
Facilities
7.0
The hotel boasts nice amenities, including a well-maintained gym and spacious bathrooms. However, the room service menu could be enhanced as well.

My stay at Doubletree By Hilton in Santa Fe was a mixed bag. The location in a vibrant business district was great, and I appreciated the spacious room with plenty of natural light. However, the service left much to be desired and I faced some major inconveniences that marred my experience.

The King room I stayed in was very comfortable with an excellent bed and a nice view, but I found the lack of heating to be a significant drawback.

I found the reception staff helpful, but the overall service was hindered by some very annoying issues, such as moving to a different room at 2am due to noise and then facing hot water problems in that room.
Location

The hotel is situated in a great neighborhood close to many business centers and restaurants, making it ideal for my needs.
Dining

Breakfast was excellent, featuring a good spread, but that was one of the few highlights of my stay.

While the pool was lovely and warm, I found the fitness facilities lacking and had issues with room service not being up to par during my stay.

I enjoyed my stay at Doubletree By Hilton in Mexico City. The location was fantastic—close to malls and restaurants, making it easy to explore the area. However, the dining experience was disappointing, especially breakfast, which was subpar. Overall, I found the hotel to be a decent option, offering modern amenities and a calming atmosphere in a bustling city.

I had a mixed experience during my stay at the Doubletree by Hilton in Santa Fe. The location is great for business meetings, and the hotel amenities are clean and modern. However, I faced several issues with service, especially during breakfast and with temperature control in my room. While the room was comfortable, the staff's responsiveness left much to be desired.

Rooms
6.0
The room was spacious and clean, though I arrived to a cold room, as the air conditioning was set too low. It took time to warm up to a comfortable temperature, which was a bit frustrating.
Service

The hotel is excellently positioned in the Santa Fe business district, making it convenient for meetings and access to local amenities.

Breakfast could use improvement, as it took too long to have a table cleaned, and service felt inattentive. The menu options should be more accommodating for special diets as well.

The hotel's facilities are nice, including a well-equipped gym. However, room service could use an upgrade, as the menu felt limited.

My stay at the Doubletree by Hilton Mexico City Santa Fe was generally pleasant, though there were some hiccups. The comfortable king room and friendly staff stood out, but I faced some challenges with the food service, which was often slow and not very impressive. Overall, it served its purpose as a business hotel, especially given its location in the commercial Santa Fe district.

Rooms
8.0
The king room was spacious and well-furnished with a great bed, a Keurig coffee maker, and a decent view. However, the shower water pressure left a lot to be desired.
Service
8.0
Staff members were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, which made a positive impact. They were always supportive when I needed assistance.
Location
8.0
Situated in a commercial neighborhood, the hotel's location is more suited for business travelers. It is convenient for accessing local business centers but not ideal for tourists hoping for nearby attractions.
Dining
6.0
The breakfast was mediocre at best, with slow service and lackluster options. I did enjoy a pasta dish for lunch, but overall, the dining experience was not impressive.
Facilities
7.0
Facilities included room service and housekeeping, but I did encounter issues like delays in food service. It would have been nice if these aspects worked more seamlessly.
